B.O.S.S. is a physician-led addiction clinic in Burlington, Ontario. Our team includes four experienced physicians with more than 80 years of combined experience in addiction medicine, bringing diverse clinical backgrounds and perspectives to patient care.
We value continuity and access. Patients are cared for by a consistent medical team and have access to a physician seven days a week. We provide low-barrier, non-judgmental care and welcome people at all stages of recovery.
Our clinic offers a full range of evidence-based treatments, including safer supply (H+), Methadone, Kadian, Suboxone, and Sublocade. While we are not a pain clinic, we recognize the important role pain can play in opioid dependence and provide support with opioid tapering, stabilization, and safer prescribing.
We also offer medical management of alcohol use disorder, treatment of stimulant use disorder, hepatitis C screening and treatment, and have built strong connections to community and hospital-based supports, including ADAPT in the community, and the PHAST program at Joseph Brant Hospital.
